Elizabeth Foley, DO

Board-Certified Dermatologist in Dripping Springs, TX

Dr. Elizabeth Foley is a board-certified dermatologist and native Texan. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of dermatology, including medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She excels in performing comprehensive skin cancer screenings and treating a range of dermatological conditions from common complaints to complex diseases.  Dr. Foley’s cosmetic dermatology skills include the effective use of neurotoxins and dermal fillers to achieve natural-looking results.

Dr. Elizabeth Foley is originally from Beaumont, Texas. When she wasn’t hunting alligators with her dad on the bayou, she was in the kitchen trying to learn everything she could about Cajun cuisine. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Italian and a minor in French.

She loves foreign languages and cultures. She spent several undergraduate semesters studying abroad with UT in Rome, Italy. Dr. Foley received her medical degree from the University of North Texas/TCOM in Fort Worth where she served as a TCOM Ambassador and was inducted into the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society. Perhaps more importantly (to her),  Dr. Foley was voted as the most humorous medical student in her class at graduation when she was bestowed the Dr. Funny Bone Award.  After graduation from medical school, she completed her internship and dermatology residency at NSUCOM/Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Florida. She was excited to move back to Austin with her growing family to practice dermatology.

Dr. Foley is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Foley is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society, and the Texas Dermatological Society.

Dr. Foley loves the field of dermatology because she can also treat entire families. It is the greatest compliment when a patient refers their family members and friends as well. Everyone has skin, after all. One of Dr. Foley’s mottos is “there’s no such thing as a healthy tan”. Y’all can relax now: she has plenty of sunscreen recommendations for all different skin types.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Foley is a foodie who enjoys photography, stand-up comedy shows, cooking, and spending time with her 3 children and husband.
