Taylor is the Marketing and Social Media expert at Sanova Dermatology. He spends his days browsing Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram! You can often find him blogging when he is not planning events, taking pictures or photoshopping content for the www.sanovadermatology.com. This Jack-of-all-trades loves to laugh, solve problems and offer positive energy to the office and his coworkers.

What is your favorite part of working at Sanova Dermatology?
I love basically everything! I enjoy all of the people that I work with, as well as the many tasks that I get to work on daily. It is fun to have each day be its own adventure, and I am happy that I am taking one with Sanova Dermatology!
What is the best aspect of your job?
There are many great things about my job. I love getting to make things come to fruition, whether it be setting up events and talks, creating displays for the office or helping make sure each birthday and anniversary celebration is perfect! I also enjoy the opportunity to talk to patients on the phone and helping to set up appointments. It isn’t technically part of my job description, but I feel that it is something that makes me feel happy, accomplished, and a help to the Sanova team!
What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
I would say that every day is a challenge in a positive way! It keeps things interesting, and you aren’t able to idle. I enjoy spur of the moment tasks and the opportunity to celebrate and promote our amazing office and staff!
What have you learned during your year of working at Sanova Dermatology?
Quite a few things! I have learned more about Dermatology, for sure, and how a medical office runs. I have delved into many ventures that I have not previously experienced including business meetings and event planning.
How Is Sanova Dermatology paving the way for Social Media and Healthcare?
I don’t believe I have ever seen a doctor’s office who is so relevant in social media. From Twitter to Facebook and Eventbrite, our office is trying to make that connection to the patient. By doing this, it creates a greater bond to our office and strengthens the trust that patients have in our ability to offer safe and effective treatment in a friendly environment.
Do you have any goals for the near future?
It would be great to host a big event for Sanova, so that we may enjoy the company of our patients and share the excitement that we have about our products and services. I also can’t wait for us to have company shirts, and for the new challenges that appear daily!
