Please follow the instructions below before requesting an appointment. This will help ensure accurate information is submitted along with expediting your registration. All information is HIPAA compliant and sent securely to our office for your protection.
New Patient Registration:
If you have not been to Sanova Dermatology, please take the time to fill out as much information as possible including Your Insurance (if applicable). This will expedite the registration process and allow us to pull your insurance benefits before the time of your appointment. If you do NOT have your insurance information readily available, please contact us and provide this information BEFORE your appointment. Some insurance plans require a referral from your Primary Care Physician. This MUST be obtained before your appointment with us. For a list of insurances we currently accept, please click here.
Established Patients (first time portal user):
If you are an existing patient to the practice and would like to book appointments online, please contact us so we can send an invite to connect you to our online portal.
Requesting an Appointment:
After logging in with an existing account, or registering as a new patient, you will be able to request an appointment with one of our providers. Please select a “Location” from the dropdown menu along with the appropriate appointment type: “New Patient” or “Established.” When completed, click “Search” to view a calendar with available appointment times. Once you have selected your requested time, fill in your “Chief Complaint” in the box provided.
If no appointment is available at a time convenient for you, please call our office at 512.837.3376, and we will do our best to accommodate you or add you to our wait list if appropriate. Please let the receptionist know you registered online if you are a new patient so we don’t collect all of your information again.
Once submitted you will be directed to a confirmation screen where you can also view directions to our office, financials, pay your bill online, and cancel or reschedule an appointment all while being securely connected to our office. You will also receive an email confirmation if your appointment was successfully booked.
