*Cosmetic appointments require a $100 deposit to schedule, which will be applied towards your procedure at the time of your visit.

  • Cosmetic Botox - Botox or Dysport Treatment only
  • Cosmetic Filler - Dermal filler Appointment only
  • Cosmetic Botox + Filler - A Botox/Dysport AND Dermal filler appointment
  • Botox + Filler Consultation - If you are NEW to Sanova Dermatology, please select this appointment type so that we can do an initial consultation.
  • Laser Treatment/Body Contouring Consultation* - If you are looking for a skincare consultation or to inquire about services like chemical peels, microneedling, laser procedures, coolsculpting, etc., please utilize this appointment type.
  • Aesthetic Consultant - Preliminary Consult - A preliminary discussion with our Aesthetic Consultant about your aesthetic goals and discuss cosmetic treatment options

*Aestheticians (RN & LMA) are not able to see injectable appointments (Botox/Dysport/Dermal Filler/Kybella/QWO)
