In Accordance with §165.5 of the Texas Administrative Code, Dr. Hanson and Dr. Mamelak are informing all patients that they are leaving Sanova Dermatology. Their last day in the clinic will be May 31, 2024. Dr. Hanson and Dr. Mamelak will be transitioning to a new practice.
