Running the front desk at a medical office can be quite the task and Brieana makes it look easy! With a positive attitude, and a pinch of humor, she successfully assists those who visit us at Sanova Dermatology. There is a lot more to this brilliant woman than the beautiful face at our front desk! How are you enjoying your time at Sanova Dermatology?
I really like my job and I love my coworkers! It is nice to come to work and be around people who make you smile.
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is being able to interact with patients on a daily basis. It is exciting to hear their stories and to get to know them.
Have you learned anything new during your time here?
I have learned a lot about Dermatology and skin care. I love makeup and hair, but I’m getting to know more about a healthy skincare routine and the procedures that we offer!
What is one challenge you have overcome?
I feel like i have overcome the challenge of learning about dermatology-specific conditions and treatments. I had no idea about a lot of these before I came here, and I now feel content that I have a bit more knowledge to share!
What would you like to know more about?
I would like to know even more about cosmetics. I’ve had the chance to try some of the procedures, but I like to experience them so that I can share that information with my friends and patients! First-hand experiences can be really helpful when talking to patients about cosmetic procedures!
What did you do before you began working at Sanova?
I did hair full time before I started working at Sanova. I have a great group of clients in Elgin, and still make time for this passion!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy relaxing and being with my husband family and friends. We like to go out to eat and I like to go out dancing!
Anything exciting coming up for you in the next couple of months?
Christmas would have to be something I am very excited for in the coming months… I love to give people gifts and spend that special time with my family.
